Q: Is there a payment method other than PayPal?
If you want to make a purchase and do not want to use PayPal -- call us at

Q: What is your method of shipping? How soon do you ship after receiving my order?
We are in Los Angeles and ship FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY, US Postal Service.
We make every effort to ship within two business days; if the item is on back order, we will notify you. The Post Office says it usually takes 4 - 9 business days for delivery to Canada.
Q: Can I have my order shipped OVERNIGHT?
Yes, but you need to contact us at 818-824-3366, M - F, 9AM - 5PM, PST and pay the additional postage with your Visa or MasterCard.
Q: Why was there no invoice with my order?
As soon as you completed your purchase, you received from PayPal an email entitled Receipt For Your Payment. This is your invoice and contains your Transaction I.D. Number; it is the only invoice you receive -- so please keep it for your records.
Q: I ordered an MP3 - where is the Download Link?
As soon as you hit PAY, the link is automatically sent to you in an email entitled DOWNLOAD INFORMATION FROM THE GOOD CHEER COMPANY. If you don't see this email -- look for it in your JUNK FILE. If for some reason the email with the link remains unfound, please contact us with your Transaction I.D. Number and we will send you the link.
Q: I ordered an MP3, received the Receipt For Your Payment from PayPal -- but I got either "Authentication Failed" or "Access Denied". What do I do now?
We are sorry for this situation. Email us with your Transaction I.D. Number and we will send you the link. An error occurred during some part of the purchasing process.
